30. S. King Street Condo.30 S. King is a four unit mixed commercial/residential condominium building in downtown Jackson. The project consists of two street-level commercial units, one second floor commercial space and one third floor residential suite with underground parking provided for unit owners. Pierson Land Works provided comprehensive services to the owner throughout the project. Starting in 2005, working with Architect Danny Williams, PLW provided consulting services to secure Final Development Plan approval with the Town of Jackson. During the initial construction phase PLW provided site surveying and construction staking services for the foundation and structural components of the building. Upon completion of the building construction, PLW conducted the unit airspace survey and prepared the Final Plat for the four condominium units. |
