Hansen Ranch.For the Hansen Ranch project in Spring Gulch, Pierson Land Works provided comprehensive field surveying and mapping services to provide the client with a certified ALTA/ACSM land survey. Work began with historical boundary research and monument recovery which determined the strategy for the boundary survey using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and conventional survey methods. Aerial photography, record survey data and easement information was used to complete the survey. Final deliverables were provided to the client in the form of parcel maps and legal descriptions. |
