Pierson Land Works joins U.S. Green Building Council - LEED

On March 5th 2008, Pierson Land Works, Inc. became member of the U.S. Green Building Council. During the summer of 2008 Jamie Walter, Lindsay Travis, and Brendan Schulte will complete their accreditation for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). By September, 2008 Pierson Land Works will start accepting work on LEED certified projects or those projects looking to use the USGBC design management strategies provided by LEED to augment their projects and adopt some of the principles developed in this fast growing Green Building Market.
 
At PLW we believe in contributing to local and regional community of clients and colleagues to help move forward in the Green Building movement. We find it important continue to produce quality design and project management for buildings and communities that will improve our quality of life by encouraging an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous environment where Green Building and planning are the central focus of these efforts.
